Our client was an international telecommunications company which offered cheap international phone calls from mobile phones.
The company was set up in 2007 and was unknown within the Polish market. Moreover, the telecommunications market was incredibly competitive. It was essential to launch the company and to attract and retain clients.
What did we do?
We translated their web pages and promotional materials such as leaflets and posters, all into Polish. We planned and carried out leafleting in seven cities with numerous Polish populations, including ten distributions in London, in the places most frequented by Poles. We edited an interesting, sponsored article about the service and we planned an advertising campaign, consisting of publishing the sponsored article in the largest portals targeted at Poles in Britain. We also co-ordinated the client’s sponsorship activity.
The hit rate on the client’s web pages increased considerably, and so did the number of people who registered with the service and downloaded the programme to their mobile phone and started to use the service.
